Plot
The plot follows Rishi (Babu), who becomes CEO of a U.S. software company. When his friend Ravi (Naresh) draws his attention to the plight of oppressed farmers, he sets out to help them.K. Rishi Kumar, an Indian, becomes CEO of the U.S. software company Origin and meets his friends and university professors at a party in New York. Seven years ago, from a middle-class family in Hyderabad, he dreamed of success in the software industry and had a strained relationship with his father, K. Satyanarayana, an employee of a private company constantly being pressure by moneylenders. Rishi moved to Vizag to graduate from IIET and befriends Pooja and Ravi Shankar. Top of the class, Ajay gets jealous after seeing Rishi pass all the exams. In M.P. Bhanu Prasad, Ajay’s father, politician and minister, offers Rishi money to resign from his position as leader, but Rishi refuses and beats his henchmen.
Intermission
When Rishi is devastating when he learns from his teacher that Ravi took the blame for robbery the exams to save him, the film returns to the present. Ravi’s father commit suicide, and his marriage to his girlfriend Pallavi was broken off. Rishi meets with Ravi in his hometown, where he learns that Ravi is only protesting against a company that wants to take farmland from the village to install pipelines. Because of this, Rishi sets up his own village office to get media attention and set the stage for Ravi to express his concerns. Pooja, who now works for a game company, is sent by her boss and an assistant to meet Rishi to sponsor a new game. Rishi speaks to Pallavi’s father and helps mend the broken alliance. Ravi is later appointing head of the village to express his concern about the people to the government.
The End
Vivek offers the villagers more money than compensation and gives money to one of the neighboring villagers to stop the problem from growing further. He also tries to eliminate Ravi, but Rishi saves him. Ravi is hospitaliz, and Vivek can tarnish Rishi’s good intentions and get him to leave town. Rishi’s mother persuades him not to give up, and Rishi returns to the village to finish what he started. After being inspire by a farmer to begin farming, Rishi helps farmers grow crops by leasing them out and paying more money than Vivek. The farmers recognize the value of their land, and Pooja reconciles with Rishi. At a press conference, Rishi emphasizes the importance of agriculture and the losses from peasant suicides.
